My Story…
I didn’t properly set foot on a stage until I was 20 years of age and a friend asked me to come and be part of the local youth theatre and amateur dramatic scene. I immediately loved it and I realised very quickly I had found my purpose, my passion and my tribe!
It took me 2 years of trying to get in to the drama schools I wanted and I finally chose the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. I left in the year 2000 with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Performance. Upon leaving, I spent the next 3 years touring Austria and Italy with Vienna’s English Theatre, followed by a 2 year period of short films, commercials, the lead in a feature film and a musical version of ‘Brighton Rock’ at The Almeida.
I then walked away from acting! For the next 8 years! During that time, I began to facilitate, teach and coach children, young people and adults. I worked at numerous theatre schools and dance and drama colleges, including being an integral part of the participation team at The Rose Theatre Kingston and heading up the senior school for West London Drama Training, Esta Charkham’s stage school in London. I also worked as Esta’s assistant in her busy office and agency, representing both young people and adults.
Missing the acting side of the business I came back to it 10 years ago at the age of 40. Since then, I’ve worked consistently on stage and on camera, including a tour of the UK playing Mr Price in the musical ‘Kinky Boots’ and a touring West End production of ‘Breakfast at Tiffanys’

I work my acting career alongside a passion to teach and coach others. I absolutely love working with actors of all ages and at various stages of their careers. The thrill of watching both the understanding of their craft grow and their careers flourish is immeasurable.
Passing on what I’ve learnt working across all areas of this business for the past 20 years is incredibly rewarding.

That knowledge is also transferable, allowing me to work with corporate clients on presentation, training delivery and facilitation, as well as individuals having to speak publicly or make a speech.

Whether you’re a young actor starting out, a performer looking to sharpen your skills or work towards a casting or a role, or an individual speaking publicly within a business or at an event, I can work with you to build the confidence and performance skills required to deliver a first class performance every time.
